Motival Tablet Uses

Motival tablet is an antidepressant used for the treatment of depression as well as other mental illnesses like schizophrenia. It is a combination medication composed of Fluphenazine and Nortriptyline.

Fluphenazine is an antipsychotic drug that reduces the symptoms of schizophrenia which can include delusions and hallucinations. Nortriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant that helps increase the levels of mood regulating chemicals in the brain.

How to use Motival Tablet?

  • Take the tablet by mouth with a glass of water
  • Do not crush or chew the tablet
  • Follow the dosage instructions of your doctor
  • Do not exceed the prescribed dosage
  • Do not use the medicine after the expiry date has passed
