Dosage Guide

• Adults: 40mg to 80mg per dose, taken 2 to 3 times daily
• Maximum daily dose for adults: 240mg
• Children over 6 years: 40mg to 80mg daily, divided into 2 to 5 doses
• Children under 6 years: Not recommended
• Swallow whole with a full glass of water, do not crush or chew

When Not to Use No-Spa

• Known allergy to Drotaverine or any ingredient in the tablet
• Severe heart failure or very low blood pressure
• Serious liver or kidney disease
• Pyloric stenosis (narrowing of the stomach outlet)
• Children under 1 year of age
• Rare sugar-absorption conditions, such as galactose intolerance

• Levodopa (for Parkinson's disease): No-Spa may reduce its effectiveness
• Other antispasmodics: Using two together raises the risk of constipation or urine retention
