How to use Nodep tablet 5mg?
- Take the tablet once daily, with or without food, at the same time each day
- Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water
- Do not stop taking it suddenly, even if you feel better
- Full benefit may take two to four weeks of regular use
- Keep taking it exactly as your doctor has prescribed
Drug Interactions
- MAOIs: Taking Nodep with monoamine oxidase inhibitors can cause a dangerous serotonin reaction and must be avoided.
- NSAIDs and Aspirin: Combined use raises the risk of unusual bleeding or bruising.
- Other SSRIs or SNRIs: Using more than one serotonin boosting antidepressant together increases the risk of serotonin syndrome.
- Alcohol: Drinking alcohol while on Nodep can worsen drowsiness and impair concentration.
