How to use Num Cain Cream 15g?
- Apply a thick layer to clean, intact skin over the treatment area
- Leave on for about 20 to 30 minutes before the procedure
- Wipe off the cream just before the procedure begins
- Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes
Contraindications
- Should not be applied by patients allergic to lidocaine, tetracaine or similar anesthetics
- Should not be applied to broken, cut or abraded skin
- Should not be applied near the eyes or mucous membranes
- Should not be applied over large areas in young children under about 3 years
Risks and warnings
- Do not exceed the recommended area or duration: as excess absorption can cause serious systemic effects
- Use with caution: if you have liver disease, since this affects how the anesthetic is cleared
- Use with caution: if you have a heart rhythm disorder or a history of methemoglobinemia
- Avoid covering with an airtight dressing: unless your doctor specifically directs it

Storage Conditions
- Store at room temperature away from excess heat
