Prevent tablet is an antibacterial and antiparasitic medication composed of Tinidazole. It is used for the treatment of certain bacterial infections like bacterial vaginosis and trichomoniasis as well as to treat certain parasite infections such as giardiasis and amebiasis. The medicine works by stopping the growth of certain types of bacteria and parasites that can cause infections. Prevent tablet should not be used for viral infections as it is only effective against bacterial infections.

How to use Prevent Tablet 500mg?

Take the tablet by mouth with a glass of water
Do not crush or chew the tablet
Follow the dosage instructions of your doctor
Do not exceed the prescribed dosage
Do not use the medicine after the expiry date has passed
