How to use Primolut-N Tablet?

• Take as directed by your doctor, typically from cycle day 16 to 25
• Take one tablet once daily with food
• Swallow tablet whole with a glass of water
• Take at the same time each day
• Expect withdrawal bleeding 2 to 3 days after stopping
• Continue treatment as prescribed for at least 3 cycles

Drug Interactions

• Enzyme-inducing medications: Rifampicin, phenytoin may reduce norethisterone levels. Dose adjustment may be needed.
• Oral contraceptives: Do not use concurrently. May cause uncontrolled breakthrough bleeding.
• Anticoagulants: Progestins may affect anticoagulant effectiveness. Monitor INR.
