How to use Proxen Tablet 250mg?

• Take one tablet (250mg) two times a day after meals, or as directed by the doctor.
• For acute pain, an initial dose of two tablets may be used, followed by one tablet every 6 to 8 hours.
• Do not exceed five tablets (1250mg) in a single day.
• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
• Avoid lying down for at least 10 minutes after taking the dose.
• Do not use for more than 10 days without consulting a doctor.

Drug Interactions

• Anticoagulants (e.g. Warfarin): Increases the risk of serious bleeding when combined with naproxen.
• Other NSAIDs or Aspirin: Combining multiple NSAIDs raises the risk of stomach ulcers and bleeding without added pain relief.
