Drug Interactions

• Other multivitamin products: Combining with another multivitamin can lead to excess vitamin A, zinc or copper intake.
• Blood thinners: High dose vitamin E may add to the effect of warfarin and similar medicines.
• Zinc supplements: Extra zinc on top of this tablet can reduce copper absorption over time.

Risks and warnings

• Allergy: Stop use if you notice rash, itching or swelling after taking this tablet.
• Pregnancy: Speak to your doctor before use, since high vitamin A intake needs monitoring in pregnancy.
• Zinc and copper balance: Very high extra zinc intake from other supplements can interfere with copper absorption.
