How to use Ryzodeg Injection 70% / 30%?

• Inject under the skin of the abdomen, thigh or upper arm as directed by your doctor.
• Rotate the injection site within the same body area to reduce skin thickening.
• Give the dose with the main meal of the day, or as your doctor has instructed.
• Check the pen before each use to confirm it contains Ryzodeg and the dose dial is set to zero.
• Prime the pen with 2 units before every injection to remove air bubbles.
• Do not inject into a vein or muscle.

Drug Interactions

• Oral antidiabetic agents: Combined use increases the risk of hypoglycemia and may need dose adjustment.
• Beta blockers: These can mask the warning symptoms of low blood sugar such as a fast heartbeat.
• Pioglitazone and rosiglitazone: Combined use with insulin raises the risk of fluid retention and heart failure.
• Corticosteroids: These can raise blood sugar and reduce the effectiveness of the usual insulin dose.

Storage Conditions
