How to use Sowel Tablet 25mg?

• This tablet can be taken about fifteen minutes before meals
• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water
• Take this tablet at the same times each day
• Do not stop this tablet suddenly without consulting your doctor

Contraindications

• People diagnosed with epilepsy should not take this tablet
• Contraindicated in patients with bipolar disorder
• Not recommended for those with a pheochromocytoma tumour
• Those with a history of breast cancer should avoid this tablet

Drug Interactions

• Other antipsychotics: combining them raises the risk of movement related side effects
• Antihypertensive medicines like propranolol: this tablet may increase their blood pressure lowering effect
• Cardiac medicines like digoxin or amiodarone: caution is needed when these are combined with this tablet
• Alcohol: avoid it, as it increases drowsiness with this tablet
