How to use Tasmi tablet 40 mg?

Drug Interactions

• ACE inhibitors or aliskiren: Combining them with telmisartan raises the risk of low blood pressure, high potassium and kidney injury.
• Potassium supplements and potassium sparing diuretics: These can push blood potassium too high.
• NSAIDs such as ibuprofen or diclofenac: They can weaken the blood pressure effect and strain the kidneys.
