How to use Trisil tablet?

• Chew 1 to 2 tablets after meals or at bedtime, or as needed.
• Do not exceed the maximum daily dose stated on the pack.
• Take other medicines at least 2 hours apart from Trisil.
• Drink a glass of water after chewing.

Drug Interactions

Trisil can reduce the absorption of several medicines if taken close together.

• Tetracycline and fluoroquinolone antibiotics: Absorption is significantly reduced, space doses by 2 hours.
• Iron supplements: Antacids reduce iron absorption.
• Digoxin: May reduce the effectiveness of digoxin if taken together.

Risks and warnings

• Kidney disease: Use with caution in kidney impairment, as aluminum can build up over time.
• Drug spacing: Can reduce absorption of antibiotics, iron, and other medicines if taken together.
• Long term use: Avoid prolonged high dose use without medical advice.
