Abdominal Pain

Female patient age 61years having abdominal pain in area above belly button for the last One month. The pain increases after eating meals. Other symptoms includes nausea and vomiting like Feeling. The patient also using blood pressure medicine for few years

Dear Patient,

I'm so sorry to hear that. I would suggest to take tablet Zantac 150mg twice a day before meals and see if this helps her with the pain. For nausea she can take tablet gravinate thrice a day before meals for a week. If symptoms dont improve or come back after leaving medicine then Kindly show a gastroenterologist given her age and past history.
