Abilify withdrawal and Severe paranoia

I was diagnosed with schizophrenia 10 years ago, at age 17. My doctor prescribed me a medication named 'Abilify' at a dose of 30mg. I took that med for 10 years. In January 2019 I decided to quit taking 'Abilify'. Between January 2019 and June 2019, I didn't feel that something was wrong with my mental health. I was doing fine without the med. In late June 2019, I began to suffer severe paranoia like never before. How can I cope with my paranoia without taking medications?
