Acne after Waxing

I got my arms waxed and after that I unintentionally washed my arms with the soap now, my arms are full or acne. Anything I could use for it?

We would recommend taking tab Telfast 120mg once at night for three days. Apply physiogel to moist skin without rubbing and use any mild unscented soap like dove on your body.
