Acne Problem

I want to discuss acne problem which I am facing since long. apart from the fact that the severity has reduced to a great extent but now once in a month I get such red acne around lips and sometime on nose too. These are panic too and take almost a week to disappear. Anyone please guide me what to do seriously worried about it.

Dear Patient,

Take tablet doxyline 100mg once a day for 8-12weeks. This may settle down your acne. Avoid junk and oily foods and hydrate as much as you can.
Apply Acdermin gel before bed daily as well. If things don't improve kindly consider seeing a dermatologist. Use an oil control face wash that suits you. Do not share towel and soaps with others.
