Allergy on Face

I am having some kind of allergy on my face since Saturday afternoon, which is giving me a tough time specially while cooking & working in kitchen. My face starts to itch severely and after washing my face with cold water I feel bit relaxed. I want to know if there are any medications that I should take?

Dear Patient,

Can you attach a photo of the affected area so we can assess it?
Kindly protect your face from heat, sunlight, makeup/hard chemical containing soaps.
Use hypoallergenic soap/facewash of any good brand for sensitive skin.
Use a clean face towel/tissue and do not share with anyone.
Take one tablet fexet once at night for 7days and see if this gets better otherwise I would recommend you to urgently show your skin to a dermatologist in the clinic if the problem persists.
