Ascites disease

Respected Dr, Greeting of the day, Hope to find you hearty enough, I am here to ask regarding Ascites, My father facing this problem since last 2 week, I have already conducted tap biopsy, fat biopsy, bone marrow and pleural biopsy also but all the result were good. No symptoms of any disease found, Now please suggest me one the best doctor in Rawalpidi and Islamabad who entertain such a case. Thanks
