I am 35 weeks pregnant .in my routine checkups doctor suggested preparing my mind for a c section. This is my 3rd pregnancy first was c section and second, was vacuum delivery. Both were horrible experiences for me with lots of pain. I want to deliver normal this time but the doctor discouraged me for normal delivery by saying you have 60per chance of normal and 40 per for c section. Plz, help what should I decide I'm confused.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. If the doctor said there's 60 percent chance of vaginal delivery then you should focus on that and be as physically active as possible, particularly doing squats and exercises to relax pelvic muscles for pregnant women. Hopefully, things will work in that direction as well then.
