Pelvic pain and menstrual problem

I am 23 years old...every month two weeks after my periods..i got blood stain that continues for more than two days with pelvin and lower abdomenal pain..the pain is severe on right side on my back...pelvic scan report is normal...I had this problem since one year..kindly help me..Also i have long hairs on my right chest
