Baby not responding

Can he not hear you at all or are there times he does respond? Does he say any words now or has completely stopped? Can he hear toys sounds? Does he respond if anyone calls him from behind? Has he had an ear infection recently?
We cannot say if its deafness but kids can put small objects in their ear while playing and may not be aware of it. If you feel a significant difference in his responses its best to see an ENT. They can run some basic tests and view inside his ears to confirm what the problem is.
