Blood Pressure

Every time I feel dizzy or headaches and nauseated my blood pressure is is little bit high it’s because of blood pressure or not guide me my BP is between 140/90 or 95

Dear Patient,

Your blood pressure is at the high end of the normal range. You will need some lifestyle adjustments to modify your bp like decreasing salt in your food, avoiding egg yolk, avoiding outside food with excess oil. You should brisk walk daily for 20-30 mins, enough to make you sweat a little. If you feel any chest discomfort you can slow down and build up stamina. Avoid cigarettes, alcohol, social drugs, etc. If your bp is unable to be controlled by a few months of these changes then, you will need to consult a cardiologist.
