Boil in Ears

Asked for Male, 12 years

My child 7 years old, had a painful boil in inner ear 2 months, I used warm compress and brufen for pain relief. It never burst and didn't released the pus, rather shrank in two weeks. Again boil is developing now. I want to inquire is antibiotics must now? I have never given him antibiotics in his life.

That's great that you've avoided antibiotics this far. I would say that you visit an ENT in this case. They can give you ear drops and that would have antibiotics but your child wouldn't need to take antibiotics.
