Chest Pain

I'm faving chest pain from last 5 months. Its on and off. Sometime pain continues for hours sometime there is no pain and suddenly current type feeling occur in middle or left side of chest and its just for seconds. Done woth my ecg its clear what could be the reason yes my food comes back in mouth up sometime when I eat. I'm facing upper back back pain also sometime.

Dear Patient,

Take capsule Esso 40mg in the morning before breakfast for one week. This will improves your symptoms of gastritis. Avoid outside food. Take less oil and spices in your meals. Walk for 15 mins after food, take 2-3 pillows to sleep. Take yogurt in your foods. Avoid large meals. Take fresh fruits and veggies and lots of water. These will help you feel much better.
