Chronic Constipation

I have a problem. I have chronic constipation for many months And I use skilax drops sometimes and it gets relieved but when i stop it i again get constipation. Since this morning i feel pain during defecation and i feel like an ulcer is there and it's bleeding fresh bleed not in copious amount but fresh. I can't do my DRE by myself but i feel like i have anal fissure. Please if any surgeon is here help me with diagnosis and management.

Dear Patient,

To avoid constipation you must have 2tbsp Ispaghol daily before bed. Take lots of fruits and vegetables with peel/chilka- apples cucumbers etc. Have 14 glasses of water. Sit in tub of warm water for pain relief. What you have sounds like piles but we cant be sure. The only way to treat this is to avoid constipation as written above. Apply GTN 2% 3times/day. take tablet diclo 50mg three times a day. This will resolve in a week or two.
