Chronic headaches during orgasm

I get unbearably chronic headaches during orgasms, I've had them for years and they've gotten much worse. They increase in intensity the closer I get to orgasm, and peak during it. A year ago neurologist told me to just take pain killer he prescribed. I never took it.
