Impotency Problem

My nephew aged 31 has been married for 5 years. He has no urge to copulate with his wife since day one of his weddings. Resultantly, his wife insists upon him either to have himself potent for her or divorce her. He does not want to divorce her. Can any doctor please suggest some medicines for his impotency issue and oblige.
