Constant acidity

I am a bachelor in a separate city from my family so I eat out a lot and take junk food very frequently. I am suffering from acidity now. If I take spicy food I feel uneasiness in my stomach. Please suggest what to do

Dear Patient,

I can understand how difficult it must be to live away from family and manage your foods. is it possible you can learn how to cook a few basic things in bulk, store and consume them?
Try voiding fatty foods from outside and looking for home cooked options.
before a particularly fatty consume Cap Risek 20mg. this isn't to be taken regularly.
take 1 tbsp Gaviscon syrup after meals to prevent acidity.
If the problem persists please see a gastroenterologist with an Ultrasound abdomen.
