Constipation

My age is 28 Years Height 5'10' and Weight 103 Kg Mjy Constipation or Gas problem rehti hay.. Khana kha k 15 sy 20 mint tk dakarta rehta hu..Please give me suggestion to get rid from this problem.

Dear Patient,

Kindly take 2tbsp gaviscon before meals and see if this helps. Walk for 10 mins after meals and chew your food slowly. Eat 5small meals rather than 3 large meals. Avoid red meat and take more fruits and vegetables. Every morning and afternoon take 2tbsps Ispaghol husk mixed in water each time. Have more water and walk for an hour each day. Write back to us in 2weeks if you don't feel better.
