Corns under Feet

Asked for Female, 30 years

I have corns under my feet and they pain a lot. I have used a corn plaster many times but they keep coming back. I want to get rid of these permanently. Kindly, find me an effective remedy for this problem?

Dear Patient,

Corns usually appear due to uncomfortable footwear, poor arch support (from shoes) and lack of arch or proper structure of foot.
The first step would be to regularly DAILY apply Vaseline before bed on your feet and wear thick socks, in few weeks you will notice soft feet and the thick dead skin would be easier to scrub off with a towel or stone scrub.
you need to show a podiatrist asap and get relevant treatment alongside.
please invest in good walking/running shoes of a good sports brand. We hope you feel better.
