CVA on right side

Asked for Male, 72 years

Last friday my fathr suffered from CVA. Docror prescribed medicines 1. Lowplate 2. Lipigate 3. Monitor 4. Doxigine 5. Nitroment 6. Trittan 7. Ulcenil My father is also heart patient and blood presure patient. Now he not walking and not speaking. Pleaae tell me more advises for early recovery. With thanks
