Defecation Issue

Asked for Male, 30 years

It's been a week now that i have not been defecating right. By, frequency, it's at the right one like 1-2 times a day but the stool itself is different. Most of it is watery and the semi-solid parts are usually circular but small ones, roughly about the size/shape of a marble, several of them show up. I have been eating right, sometimes even excessively for the past week too, and also eating even heavy foods like beef. What could this possibly be?

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Your stools seem inconsistent. Why don't you try taking smecta sachet twice a day for 5-7days? Also, take one TSP ispaghol with yogurt once or twice a day. If things don't improve see a gastroenterologist.
