Diagnosed by Alopecia

I have alopecia in my beard as doctor diagnosed. It is only in one patch. Now I am asked to use the water of garlic on the affected part. It has been 2 months of treatment but I still didn’t get my hair back. I was directed for an injection as well. Kindly tell me how to get rid of it?
