Diarrhea and headache

From a few days, I have been experiencing a strong stomachache. The pain was mild but now it hurts even when I move. It is not very painful but I am concerned because I also started having diarrhea since yesterday evening. The whole stomach aches when I cough. I do not have much cough but since I came back from a trip a few weeks ago I start coughing in the evening. Now I do not feel appetite and I have a bad headache

Dear Patient,

Please take tablet nospa three times a day before meals for one week. For diarrhea eat khichri, yogurt at room temperature and bananas with ispaghol. Take biflor/enflor sachet after every loose stool. Take one tablet of motilium twice a day before meals for one week. Take 1 glass of ORS after every stool. If the problem persists please see a specialist.
