Diarrhea with blood

About 3 weeks ago I started having stomach pains, passing stool that had blood in it and was yellow, diarrhea, mucusy type. I was having muscle twitches in the leg in abdomen and pain in my sides. I received an Abdominal CT scan, blood work, a Chest X-ray and Urology all came back clear. They told me the blood I spit was from an apple I ate that cut capillaries in my throat and that im probably constipated. My younger sister once had the same symptoms. please guide

Is it possible that you attach photos of all your reports? Have you ever been diagnosed with any condition? Do you use any medication or social drugs/alcohol or cigarettes? Is pain related to the eating/stool?
Are you constipated? How frequent are your stools? Are they hard? Does it hurt to pass stool? Is the blood fresh or clotted? Is it dark brown or red? Is it mixed with stool or comes before or after defecation? If you have done LFTs then kindly attach those reports or else get that test done, please.
