Ear Pain with buzzing sound

Continuous ear pain (both) with buzzing type sounds from 3 weeks and some times have blocked ear feeling like the one in airplane landing Already seen dr, no infection and tests are normal. So much tired of the ear pain and these sounds especially when its quiet in the room. What is another possibility of this pain if its not an infection? Can it be due to anxiety or something else?

Dear Patient,

Normally this may be due to ear wax blocking your ears, however, that's often for one ear. If both ears are affected it could be due to water retention as after swimming, a middle ear infection or damage from exposing your ears to loud noise for long periods of time. Kindly show another ear specialist.
