For just gases alone if all tests are normal then there isn't much we can change except lifestyle changes, walk for 10-20mins after every meal, avoid spicy oily foods, eat only homecooked meals, identify any triggers in foods which cause more gases. Take 2tbsp ispaghol husk in water daily in the morning before food. Take tab zantac 150mg twice a day. Have lots of water, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Consider doing yoga/aerobics
