Eye injury

I met with a firework injury. A small cracker burst very near me and hit my eye. Some debris got blown with some speed into my eyes. There is no redness, but my vision is a little blurred. I am doing cold compress. My concern is the blurred vision because i fear it may be permanent. Please help
