Gum Bleeding

I have one of my teeth backward. 3 days back I was eating French fries and minor bleeding started. I am habitual of doing push-ups daily in the morning but one day my gums started to bleed and ever since that day this has been happening time and again. I am highly worried. My question is why do push-ups trigger gum bleeding?

Dear Patient,

No I do not believe that there's a correlation.
However, eat fruits and veggies rich in vitamin C and B. Take 1tbsp syrup Lederplex daily. Take tablet Ceclor 500mg once a day for 2 weeks. If the problem persists consult a dentist.
