Hard stuff in breast

I wanted to discuss an issue which I have been facing since 4-5 years. I have been feeling some sort of hard stuff in my breast. It's in the upper area not underneath. Whenever I press or any kind of force (as in sujood) is applied to that area it hurts as well, I feel pain. I have felt it many times its not lump I guess but its present on both the sides, whether it is the bones I feel but why'd it be painful?

If on both sides, try examining yourself using a breast exam video from youtube. Try palpating from the middle to the outside and see if it goes till under your armpit column or further to back- if so then its most likely your ribcage that you are feeling.
If there is discharge from nipple, or its not pointing out, rather inside, if the lump is painless, sticking to overlying skin, there is a dimple or orangeness of skin then you must see a breast surgeon at the earliest. You can even go for a breast ultrasound to rule out any medical issue n send us a photo of a written report.
