Heart Problem

I often feel chest pain, back pain and numbness and shooting pains in both arms and hands. I had echo ett ecg and blood work 6 months ago ... all was fine other than my cholesterol which was borderline high. I’m overweight too. I have a strong family history of heart diseases so wenever I had chest pain I used to visit any duty doctor ... n they said it’s anxiety GERD and muscle weakness... and ecg were fine... do u think it’s not heart related too ... I’m really stressed ...

Thank you for giving a detailed history. Do you take any social drug, alcohol or smoke cigarettes?
Actually when one is overweight, overworked/stressed/ with high cholesterol, its normal to experience such pain on and off. The good news is all your tests are coming normal, in which case it proves that your pain is muscular! You can take any muscle relaxants and apply muscle relaxing gels when this pain occurs. If you are stressed about heart disease in future you can take up a healthier diet and walk atleast 20-30mins 3times/week! If u feel even after 2 mths of doing this you aren't better see a specialist.
