Heartbeat Problem

I am a 27-year-old male. My heart beats get abnormally high when I do some activity like climbing stairs. And sometimes it gets very low and I feel dizzy. I am in constant fear of getting a heart attack. Please help what should I do?

Kindly do brisk walking daily for 10-15mins to increase stamina. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Have lots of water. If things don't improve in some weeks then kindly see a cardiologist.
