Heavy Head

I am 34 years old, married with 3 kids. Its been 4 years, I feel nausea all the time. No matter how active I become. My head is always heavy. All my reports are ok. CT scan brain & MRI brain both are normal. My normal pulse rate is around 100 I feel dazed & tired what could be the reason? What shall I do?

It's good to have ruled out the head but you should check if your other organ systems are working well Kindly do LFT, UCE, blood CP tests and write back to us with your reports.
