Heavy Stomach

Often I feel heavy stomach, little pain, a wave of pain in line upper area of naval perhaps stomach area, also a pain sometimes pain goes left side sometimes feel. don't know its pain feeling area in ribs, chest or what? but it feels upper portion near chest or ribs.
