High Blood Pressure

I started to have high blood pressure, after monitoring month, mostly staying normal at once increasing. I had two episode of high bp, went to hospital, they checked it was 170/ 80 and before few days 190/ 110, done ecg , everything was fine alhamdulillah, went to cardiologist, he suggested lexotinal and neroban, if I have headache. Please suggest what to do and where to go for further checkups

Firstly, get your bp checked if you have a headache. Take a simple pain killer like panadol if bp is fine but if it is on the higher side then you should get yourself checked by a medical specialist for a proper treatment plan.
