Hip popped

What do you mean by saying its “popped'? Was there a sound? Is there any swelling/warmth/redness/inability to move or put weight on the said joint? Did your exercise involve using weights or sudden movements? Please answer these so we can help you more.
For starters, discontinue exercises until you are better. Apply fastum gel on your affected area and give warm compresses to your hip. Take tablet ponstan forte, once in the morning and once at night. If the area is visibly swollen/red/ or shows pain on moving you will need to see a specialist.
