Knee Injury

I got hit by a car while I was on bike. My left knee was injured. I had x-rays done no fracture and they said its internal injury. But after three four days there was so much pain in my left knee I couldn’t even bend it, walk or move my left leg. I got my MRI done. MRI report said I had internal fluid injury but all my muscles are okay. They gave me CARTIGEN tablets, two per day. It’s been almost 6 months but still I feel pain in my knee. Do I need to get it operated?

Im sorry to hear of your suffering.
It seems that you may have torn a ligament/fluid may have built up in a closed space which is causing these symptoms if there is indeed no fracture. Cartigen will naturally boost n build your muscles. Are you taking any painkillers as well? If not, then use tablet brexin twice daily. Take cap risek 20mg before meals if u feel acidity(twice/dy)
You may need to reconsult an ortho who may recommend a laprascopic minor surgery to release this fluid shown. Its a short procedure. Goodluck
