Increased Heart Beat

It’s been a week I feel like my heart beat increases all of a sudden but for a short span. I can clearly feel it and when it happens. I feel shortness of breath and I am not able to speak even. Yesterday evening I felt the same but it prolonged and I even felt exhausted. Since then, this has increased heart beat for a long period of time. Kindly provide me the proper guidance for the cure of inconsistent breathing problem. My blood pressure is normal.
