Indigestion problem

Can anyone diagnose the real issue I am a hostellite eating normal hostel food Problem is whenever I take breakfast I have to rush to the washroom after 15-20 mins and stomach pains alot Either last day dinner is not disgested yet or some other issue Breakfast includes paratha with channa Paratha with Alo anda etc How to solve this problem?

Since when have you been living in the hostel? Since when did this problem start? Is this always after breakfast or at other times of the day too?
The stool is solid or liquid? Does it have any blood or mucus?
How frequent is the pain? can you tell if its above below or to the side of the umblicus? What kind of water do you drink? How often do you wash hands? Do you experience any nausea, vomiting or fever?
