Intense itching

Can you please use a pen to mark the initial area of your rash and then take a photo of the whole area of your leg where the rash is and has spread to?
Have you tried taking any treatment for it?
Apply calamine lotion to it as often as needed. Use fresh neem leaves and boil them in water, use this water to bathe along with a mild soap for sensitive skin. Do not scratch your skin using nails. Take tablet softin at night once daily for a week. If your health doesn't seem to improve consider seeing a specialist.
